老区赵光镇,是黑龙江北安市中部正在建设中的区域性中心城镇。从1993年起相继被黑河市、省政府及国家计委确定为小城镇建设和小城镇综合改革试点镇。截止2000年末,全镇人均收入2825元,接近小康镇水平。7年来,通过产业结构调整,大力发展优势高效农业,促进了老区经济的发展,老区农民群众踏上了致富路。赵光镇党委一班人面对传统农业模式的弊端、市场经济大潮的冲击和致富典型户的先导作用引发的思考,认真组织学习、赴省内外典型单位取经受到极大的教育。思想解放
