目的比较两种根管充填糊剂一次性根管治疗术后急性反应和临床疗效。方法112颗需根管治疗的患牙随机分为两组,分别采用Cortisomol糊剂和AHPlus糊剂配合牙胶尖冷侧压法一次性充填根管,观察术后1周内急性反应和2年后的临床疗效。结果7d时Cortisomol组急症出现率较AHPlus组低但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后2年复查,两组疗效均显著,疗效之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Cortisomol和AHPlus糊剂充填根管与传统根管充填材料相比有效减少一次性根管充填术后急性反应且2年内疗效令人满意。
Objective To compare the acute postoperative response and clinical curative effect of two kinds of root canal filling paste disposable root canal. Methods 112 teeth undergoing root canal treatment were randomly divided into two groups. The root canal was filled with Cortisomol paste and AHPlus paste with cold side pressure of dental glue, and the acute reaction within 1 week and 2 years After the clinical efficacy. Results At 7 days, the incidence of emergency in Cortisomol group was lower than that in AHPlus group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Two years after the review, the curative effect of both groups was significant, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions Cortisomol and AHPlus paste-filled root can effectively reduce the acute reaction after one-time root canal filling compared with the traditional root canal filling material and the effect is satisfactory within 2 years.
