目的:在糖代谢异常(IGR)的代谢综合征大鼠中使用“以方测证法”研究其中医证型。方法:在建立糖代谢异常的代谢综合征(MS)大鼠模型后,用随机对照表法按血糖高低随机分为MS组,六君子汤(LJZ)组,参芪地黄汤(SQDH)组,肾气丸(SQ)组。用3个方剂:LJZ组2.5 g·kg-1·d-1,SQDH组25 g·kg-1·d-1,SQ组9.5 g·kg-1·d-1,于造模12周后ig给药,每天1次,持续3周。于12周和15周末,检测其体重,血压,空腹血糖(FBG),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),空腹胰岛素(FIN),胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:第15周时,与正常组比较模型组体重,血压,FBG,TG,FINS和HOMA-IR显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),HDL-C显著降低;与模型组比较3个方剂干预各组体重,血压,FBG,TG,HDL-C均无显著差异,FINS和HOMA-IR显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:在IGR的MS大鼠药物干预后胰岛素水平和HOMA-IR显著降低,根据以方测证法,说明脾虚痰湿证、阴阳两虚证、气阴两虚证在本模型中可同时存在,是一个虚实夹杂证型。
OBJECTIVE: To study the TCM syndrome types in metabolic syndrome rats with abnormal glucose metabolism (IGR) by using the method of prescription test. Methods: After establishing metabolic syndrome (MS) rat model with abnormal glucose metabolism, the patients were randomly divided into MS group, LJZ group, SQDH group, Shenqi Wan (SQ) group. Three prescriptions were used: 2.5 g · kg-1 · d-1 in LJZ group, 25 g · kg-1 · d-1 in SQDH group and 9.5 g · kg-1 · d-1 in SQ group ig administration, 1 day, for 3 weeks. The body weight, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose (FBG), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), fasting insulin (FIN), insulin resistance index ). Results: At the 15th week, the body weight, blood pressure, FBG, TG, FINS and HOMA-IR in model group were significantly higher than those in normal group (P <0.05, P <0.01) There was no significant difference in body weight, blood pressure, FBG, TG, HDL-C between the two prescriptions, and FINS and HOMA-IR significantly decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion: The levels of insulin and HOMA-IR in IGR rats decreased significantly after drug intervention. According to the prescription test, it could be found that the deficiency of phlegm and phlegm of the spleen, yin and yang deficiency syndrome and qi and yin deficiency syndrome could exist simultaneously in this model , Is a mixed type of actual situation.
