目的评价Vitapex糊剂与氢氧化钙根管充填糊剂用于根尖诱导成形术的临床疗效。方法选择2007年1月至2008年10月在沈阳市沈河区牙病防治所儿科门诊就诊的60例患者共82颗根尖孔发育不全的患牙为研究对象,按照就诊次序分为两组。根管预备及消毒后,分别用Vitapex糊剂和氢氧化钙根管充填糊剂行根尖诱导成形术,术后定期复查,待根尖形成或根端闭合后行常规根管充填。结果治疗2年后,Vitapex糊剂组40颗患牙成功31例,改善7例,失败2例,总有效率为95%;氢氧化钙根充糊剂组42颗患牙成功17例,改善13例,失败12例,总有效率为71.4%,两组治疗有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Vitapex糊剂用于根尖诱导成形术具有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Vitapex paste and calcium hydroxide root canal filling paste for root apical induction. Methods From January 2007 to October 2008 in Shenyang City Shenhe Dental Prevention Pediatric clinic of 60 patients with a total of 82 apical hypoplasia of the teeth as the research object, according to the order of treatment is divided into two groups. Root canal preparation and disinfection, respectively, with Vitapex paste and calcium hydroxide root canal filling paste apical inductive angioplasty, regular review after the formation of apical or root closure after conventional root canal filling. Results After 2 years of treatment, the success rate of 40 teeth in Vitapex paste group was 31 cases, improved in 7 cases and failed in 2 cases, with a total effective rate of 95%. In 42 cases of calcium hydroxide root paste group, the success rate of 42 teeth was improved Thirteen cases failed, 12 cases failed, the total effective rate was 71.4%. There was significant difference between the two groups in the treatment efficiency (P <0.05). Conclusion Vitapex paste for apical induction of angioplasty has a good therapeutic effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
