目的探讨64层螺旋CT支气管动脉血管成像(CTA)在支气管扩张引起咯血者中的应用价值。方法采用64层螺旋CT对60例临床上诊断为支气管扩张致咯血者行CTA,其中10例同期进行数字减影(DSA)检查。对原始图像采用多平面/曲面重组(MPR/CPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)显示支气管动脉。结果50例显示支气管动脉异常,5例发现非支气管源性动脉。行DSA检查者,与CTA结果一致。结论64层螺旋CT支气管动脉成像,可作为咯血患者观察支气管动脉的首选检查方法。
Objective To investigate the value of 64-slice spiral CT bronchial artery angiography (CTA) in patients with hemoptysis caused by bronchiectasis. Methods CTA was performed on 60 cases of hemoptysis clinically diagnosed as bronchiectasis by using 64-slice spiral CT. Among them, 10 cases were examined by digital subtraction (DSA). Bronchial arteries were visualized using MPR / CPR, MIP, and VR. Results 50 cases showed bronchial artery abnormalities and 5 cases found non-bronchogenic artery. Line DSA examiner, consistent with CTA results. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT bronchial artery imaging can be used as the first choice for bronchial artery examination in patients with hemoptysis.
