本实验用外循环法,无梯度反应器研究正庚烷在丹麦Topsoe—RKNR,轻油水蒸汽转化催化剂上的转化制氢反应速度。水蒸汽和正庚烷在压力为1atm,温度在450—550℃范围内制氢反应速度方程为,制氢反应的活化能为16千卡/克分子。初步认为正庚烷水蒸汽在Ni活性表面上为两个中心的表面反应。转化气体的组成接近于甲烷水蒸汽反应和水煤气变换反应的组成。反应的初期产物是一氧化碳。
In this experiment, the conversion reaction of n-heptane on Danish Topsoe-RKNR, light oil steam reforming catalyst was studied by the external circulation method and gradientless reactor. Water vapor and n-heptane at a pressure of 1atm, the temperature in the range of 450-550 ℃ hydrogen reaction rate equation, the activation energy of the hydrogen reaction is 16 kcal / mole. It is preliminarily believed that n-heptane water vapor reacts on the two central surfaces on the Ni active surface. The composition of the conversion gas is close to the composition of the methane water vapor reaction and water gas shift reaction. The initial product of the reaction is carbon monoxide.
