采用常规铸造方法制备了Al63Cu25Fe12准晶,研究了热处理条件对其相变的影响。结果表明:铸态Al63Cu25Fe12准晶材料组织为多相结构,以准晶I相为主,还包括先析出的λ-(Al-Cu)13Fe4、β-Al-Fe(Cu)、τ-Al-Cu(Fe)等。Al63Cu25Fe12合金铸锭经过750℃×4 h淬火处理之后得到趋于单一的准晶I相。
The Al63Cu25Fe12 quasicrystal was prepared by the conventional casting method. The influence of the heat treatment conditions on the phase transition was investigated. The results show that the microstructure of the as-cast Al63Cu25Fe12 quasicrystal is multiphase structure, mainly composed of quasicrystal I phase, including the precipitated λ- (Al-Cu) 13Fe4, β-Al-Fe Cu (Fe) and so on. Al63Cu25Fe12 alloy ingot after quenching at 750 ℃ × 4h to get a single quasicrystal I phase.
