目的探讨转化生长因子-β1 mRNA(TGF-β1mRNA)在子痫前期发病机制中的作用。方法采用RT-PCR技术检测45例正常晚期妊娠妇女及56例子痫前期患者(其中轻度子痫前期21例,重度子痫前期35例)胎盘组织中TGF-βmRNA的表达水平。结果轻、重度子痫前期胎盘组织中TGF-β1 mRNA表达水平分别为:0.752±0.133、1.016±0.346均明显高于正常妊娠组0.384±0.098(均P<0.01),重度子痫前期组高于轻度子痫前期组(P<0.01)。子痫前期胎盘组织中TGF-β1 mRNA表达水平与24h尿蛋白、血压、新生儿体重及胎盘重量均有明显相关性。结论1.子痫前期胎盘组织中TGF-β1 mRNA表达水平明显升高,并且与子痫前期病情发展密切相关。2.胎盘组织TGF-β1 mRNA的表达水平与子痫前期患者胎儿发育密切相关。
Objective To investigate the role of transforming growth factor-β1 mRNA (TGF-β1 mRNA) in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of TGF-β mRNA in 45 normal pregnant women and 56 pregnant women with preeclampsia (21 mild preeclampsia and 35 severe preeclampsia). Results The levels of TGF-β1 mRNA in light and severe preeclampsia were significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy (0.752 ± 0.133 and 1.016 ± 0.346, respectively, P <0.01), and those in severe preeclampsia were significantly higher than those in normal preeclampsia Mild preeclampsia group (P <0.01). The expression level of TGF-β1 mRNA in placenta preeclampsia was significantly correlated with 24h urinary protein, blood pressure, weight of newborn and weight of placenta. The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in preeclampsia placenta was significantly increased, which was closely related to the development of preeclampsia. The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in placenta is closely related to fetal development in preeclampsia.
