据日本《朝日新闻》1980年10月11日报道,日本气象厅所属的气象研究所有关人员已研制成一种既可准确记录强震又能电传地震波形图的新型强震仪,并已经过试验,结果良好。地震仪可大致分为检测小地震的微震仪和记录大地震的强震仪两种。为适应地震预报的需要,微震仪不断改进,现在日本全国已有二百几十个地方设置。尤其是与可能发生的东海地震有关地区的微震仪数据,已被统一收集起来,并同地形变、地下水等的数据一道,纳入了实际的地震预报体制。
According to Japan’s “Asahi Shimbun” reported on October 11, 1980, the meteorological institute affiliated to the Japan Meteorological Agency has developed a new type of strong earthquakes that accurately record both strong and telex seismic waveforms and have passed Test, the result is good.
