自主教学就是一种引导学生逐步获得自主学习能力的教学模式。在自主教学模式下,教师的角色和作用发生了新的变化和转换,其自主意识的培养在帮助学生实现自主学习能力的过程中起着关键的作用。本文通过对高职部分英语教师的调查,分析了高职英语教学的现状和问题,阐述了如何建构教师的自主意识以及具体表现方式,从而逐步学会运用自主教学模式发展学生的自主学习能力。
Self-directed teaching is a kind of teaching mode that guides students to gradually acquire the ability of independent study. Under the mode of self-directed teaching, teachers’ roles and roles have undergone new changes and transformations, and the cultivation of their own sense of consciousness plays a key role in helping students achieve their autonomous learning ability. Based on the investigation of some English teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, and expounds how to construct teachers’ self-awareness and concrete ways of expression so as to gradually develop self-learning ability of students by using self-teaching mode.
