住房公积金贷款对于群众来说已经不是一个新鲜的话题。特别是最近几年公积金贷款制度普及,住房公积金贷款的业务得到了快速的发展。然而目前公积金贷款仍然存在着诸多的问题,例如其规范性不够,并且制度不够完善。本文就住房公积金贷款存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方案和可行的建议。
