中国金属学会第九届第四次常务理事会议于2013年6月3日在上海成功召开。学会理事长徐匡迪等61名常务理事参加了会议。常务副理事长王天义主持会议。徐匡迪理事长在会上作了重要讲话,他提出:当前中国钢铁行业面临着产能过剩、市场低迷和资源、能源与环境瓶颈制约所造成的双面夹击,实施创新驱动发展战略、加快转变经济发展方式的最终目标是要使行业发展摆脱“高产能低效益”、无利或微利运行的艰难境地。
The 9th Standing Meeting of the 9th Chinese Metals Society was successfully held in Shanghai on June 3, 2013. Executive Director Xu Kuangdi and other 61 executive directors attended the meeting.
