中国蓬勃发展的房地产市场不仅吸引了国际房地产界的投资者,连外资贷款机构也竞相向中国的房地产项目提供融资。中国政府为防止经济过热而收紧了向房地产业的贷款,这却为外资金融机构涉足中国房地产市场打开了方便之门。虽然有泡沫化倾向的中国房地产市场目前所借的外资并不太多,毕竟敢借这类贷款是需要勇气的,但房地产分析师们认为,这类贷款逐渐增多是一个值得关注的趋势。国际房地产投资银行
China’s booming real estate market has not only attracted investors in the international real estate industry, but also foreign-funded lending institutions to compete for the financing of real estate projects in China.
