本文简要对已建成的文化大院在使用普遍中存在的问题,以及需要把握的重点,作以简要的论述。并以青岛市黄岛区文化大院发展的先进模式为例,为其他地区提供一个切实发挥文化大院的功能,丰富农村精神文化生活的可供参考的模式。
This article briefly discusses the existing problems in the use of the existing cultural compound and the important points to be grasped for a brief discussion. Taking the advanced mode of Huangdao District Cultural Complex as an example, it provides a model for other areas to give full play to the function of cultural compound and enrich the spiritual and cultural life in rural areas.
