在纪念建党70周年前夕,召开《福建党史月刊》百期座谈会,很有意义。我们可以回顾一下,1981年福建省委党史资料征集委员会成立时,大家感到需要一个刊物,经酝酿,到1982年,就创办了《福建党史资料通讯》,是不定期的内部交换的刊物,基本上是个简报性质的。随着党史工作的发展,党史刊物显得越来越重要,因此到1985年,经研究,把《福建党史资料通讯》改版,易名为《福建党史通讯》,变成定期的刊物,发行量扩大了一些。在省委的直接领导下,在老同志的亲切关怀下,以及全体党史工作者和读者的共同努力,《福建党史通讯》办得比较好,逐步上轨道了。随着党史工作的进一步发展,1988年《福建党史通讯》同《革命人物》合并改名为《福建党史月刊》,向全国公开发行,印数

With the further development of the work of the party history, the “Fujian Party History Communication” merged with the “revolutionary figures” in 1988 was renamed as “Fujian Party History Monthly”, and was issued to the public in the whole country.
