供热站是对油田注汽锅炉生产出高温、高压蒸汽进行利用的场所,锅炉水质处理过程中会排放出大量含有悬浮物和颗粒的盐分废水,需要用排水泵将其排放到指定点。但排水泵运行产生的气蚀效应加剧了泵的腐蚀和泵件的损坏,并且排水泵需消耗一部分电能。针对这一问题,对十六号供热站外排工艺进行了改造,在排水泵进、出口管线之间安装浮式阀芯单流阀,建立外排管线的虹吸,缩短了排水泵的运行时间,降低了排水泵电能和维修材料的消耗。改造后,十六号站年节电3.1×10~4k Wh,节约电费2.3万元,节约人工及材料费3 000元。
