随着股权分置改革的基本完成,资本市场发展即将步入全流通时代。在全流通的市场条件下,作为资本市场的基石和连接实体经济和虚拟经济的纽带,上市公司的规范与发展面临着新的环境。一方面,上市公司作为实体经济的代表,对国民经济发展的贡献作用将愈加突出;另一方面,上市公司作为证券市场的投资对象,在全流通市场呈现新的运行特征。因此上市公司必须准确把握与其规范发展相关的新情况、新形势。
With the basically completed share-trading reform, the capital market is about to enter the era of full circulation. As a cornerstone of the capital market and a link between the real economy and the fictitious economy under the condition of fully circulated markets, the norms and development of listed companies are facing a new environment. On the one hand, as a representative of the real economy, listed companies will become more and more prominent contributors to the development of the national economy. On the other hand, listed companies, as the object of investment in the securities market, will find new operating characteristics in the full circulation market. Therefore, listed companies must accurately grasp the new situation and new situation related to their normative development.
