我院收治1例血栓性血小板减少性紫癜,现报告如下。患者女,20岁。入院前15天因头晕,乏力、微热,自服安乃近2片,脸色逐渐黄染,尿色加深,食欲减退,头晕,心悸,肢体发麻,遂于1986年1月30日就诊收住传染科。体检:T39℃,P124次/分,BP110/80mmg。精神萎靡。皮肤巩膜黄染,无瘀点。浅表淋巴结无肿大。心肺(-)。腹软,肝脾未触及。实验室检查:Hb7.0g％,WBC 7200/mm~3,N64％,L36％。
