目的探讨复方沙棘籽油栓治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法采用复方沙棘籽油栓治疗宫颈糜烂,观察用药后患者的反应及宫颈糜烂面的变化情况。结果复方沙棘籽油栓治疗轻度宫颈糜烂总有效率96%;中度宫颈糜烂总有效率95%;重度宫颈糜烂总有效率80%。结论复方沙棘籽油栓对宫颈糜烂的治疗具有应用方便、作用直接、无明显副作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository on cervical erosion. Methods The compound sea buckthorn seed oil suppository was used to treat cervical erosion. The response of patients and the change of cervical erosion surface were observed. The results of compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository treatment of mild cervical erosion, the total efficiency of 96%; moderate cervical erosion, the total efficiency of 95%; severe cervical erosion, the total effective rate of 80%. Conclusion Compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository has the advantages of convenient application, direct effect and no obvious side effects, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
