区域卫生规划、医疗服务定价,乃至作为医疗卫型发展成就,助力区域经济社会发展……中国的医院评审背负了太多的附加价值。上述种种,关系着一家医院的盛衰,及其所属地区的荣耀。争级上等,在所难免。然而,站在医疗机构监管的角度,纠正医院评价体系缺失所带来的负面效应,刻不容缓。为此,卫生部医疗服务监管司于2008年启动了新一轮医院评审标准的制定工作。磨剑三年后,评审工作已然进入实施阶段。一边是医院评价体系尚未厘清,一边是开弓已无回头箭的新一轮评审,新的监管困局己形成。如今,纠结于评审制度与办法的修正,已经于事无补。唯有以壮士断腕的勇气,为医院评审减负,同时怀着更加豁达的心态,研讨建立科学的医院评价体系。

However, from the regulatory perspective of medical institutions, it is imperative to rectify the negative effects of the lack of hospital evaluation system. To this end, the Ministry of Health Medical Services Regulatory Division in 2008 launched a new round of hospital review criteria for the formulation. After three years grinding sword, the accreditation work already entered the implementation stage. On the one hand, the hospital evaluation system has not yet been clarified. On the other hand, it is a new round of assessment that no longer has the daring arrow left behind. The new regulatory difficulties have been formed. Nowadays, the revision of the review system and methods is not helpful at all. Only courage to brawny bracers, the hospital review burdens, at the same time with a more open-minded attitude, to discuss the establishment of a scientific hospital evaluation system.
