本文探讨老年糖尿病患者泌尿系手术的围手术期处理 ,对我院 1993 -0 8～ 2 0 0 2 -0 786例老年糖尿病患者行泌尿系手术 (包括开放和腔内手术 )的临床资料进行总结。结果表明 ,加强围手术期处理和控制血糖是提高治愈率减少并发症的关键。
This article discusses the perioperative management of urinary tract surgery in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, and summarizes the clinical data of urinary tract surgery (including open and endovascular surgery) in 1993 -08 ~ 2000-02-0 786 elderly patients with diabetes in our hospital . The results show that strengthening perioperative management and blood sugar control is to improve the cure rate and reduce complications.
