目的:研究甘西鼠尾草根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、RP-C18等色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振、质谱等波谱分析技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从甘西鼠尾草根中分离鉴定了17个化合物,分别为:丹参新醌B(1)、丹参醇C(2)、异隐丹参酮(3)、1,2-二氢异二氢丹参酮Ⅰ(4)、异丹参酮ⅡA(5)、二氢丹参酮Ⅰ(6)、丹参内酯(7)、丹参醇B(8)、丹参酮Ⅰ(9)、danshenspiroketallactone(10)、铁锈醇(11)、epi-danshenspiroketallactone(12)、丹参新醌A(13)、sapriolactone(14)、12-hydroxy-6,7-secoabieta-8,11,13-trien-6,7-diol(15)、6α-hydroxysugiol(16)、hypargenin B(17)。结论:其中,化合物1~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the root of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, RP-C18 and other chromatographic methods. Their structures were identified by NMR, MS and other spectroscopic techniques. Results: Seventeen compounds were isolated and identified from the roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. They were: Salvia quinone B (1), Salvia miltiorrhiza C (2), Isobarotanshinone (3), 1,2-dihydroiso dihydro Tanshinone Ⅰ (4), Iso Tan Ⅱ A (5), Dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ (6), Salviae Miltiorrhizin (7), Salviae Miltiorrhiza B (8), Tanshinone Ⅰ (9), danshenspiroketallactone (10) ), Epi-danshenspiroketallactone (12), salvia quinone A (13), sapriolactone (14), 12-hydroxy-6,7-secoabieta-8,11,13- trien-6,7-diol -hydroxysugiol (16), hypargenin B (17). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 ~ 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
