目的运用品管圈的管理手法,以降低住院药房药品调剂差错件数为主题开展活动,从而提高药品调剂质量和药房服务水平。方法细化住院药房的调剂工作流程,运用品管圈的理论知识、方法、技能对调剂差错进行统计分析,制定相应对策并组织实施。结果改善前平均每天差错件数为10.6件,住院药房药品调剂差错件数在品管圈活动实施后降低到改善前的48.1%,与未改善前比较,改善效果明显。结论在实际工作中合理运用品管圈的管理手法与技能可降低药品调剂差错件数,提高药房服务质量。
Objective To improve the quality of drug transfer and pharmacy service by using the management practices of quality control circle with the theme of reducing the number of drug dispensing error in hospital pharmacy. Methods To refine the adjustment workflow of hospital pharmacy, make use of the theoretical knowledge, methods and skills of quality control circle to make statistical analysis on the adjustment errors and formulate corresponding measures and organize the implementation. Results The average number of errors per day prior to the improvement was 10.6. The number of drug dispensing errors in the in-hospital pharmacy was reduced to 48.1% before the improvement after the quality control circle was implemented. Compared with those before the improvement, the improvement effect was obvious. Conclusion The practical application of QA management practices and skills can reduce the number of drug dispensing errors and improve the quality of pharmacy services.
