对中上端输尿管及肾盂结石切开取石,传统的进路是取腰部斜切口,不仅切口长,而且需将所经路径的肌肉层层切断,这显然增加了手术创伤,延长术后恢复时间和加重病人痛苦。近年来,我们对1例肾盂结石、8例位于第五腰椎平面以上的输尿管结石并肾积水患者采用背部直切口顺利完成了取石,效果满意。我们体会背部直切口具有以下优点,(一)手术需时短,最短30分钟,最长70分钟,平均48分钟;(二)创伤小,出血甚微,不切断任何肌肉,不会损伤髂腹下神经与髂腹股沟神经;(三)操作简单,容易掌握,便于基层
