在实验室培养条件下,研究风化煤和硼在土壤中对尿素氨化与硝化作用及磷有效性的影响。结果表明,风化煤和硼对尿素氨化作用有显著的抑制作用,风化煤对脲酶抑制率为5.7%~14%,硝化抑制率为1.4%~8.5%;硼的脲酶抑制率为5.5%~18.3%,硝化抑制率为1.4%~12.7%;风化煤与硼配合的抑制效果更明显,脲酶抑制率为18.3%~43.6%,硝化抑制率为0.6%~10.6%。在专用肥中添加风化煤能使土壤中磷的有效性提高8.2%~23.6%。
The effect of weathered coal and boron on ammoniation, nitrification and phosphorus availability of urea was studied in laboratory. The results showed that weathered coal and boron significantly inhibited the ammoniation of urea. The weathered coal had a urease inhibition rate of 5.7% -14% and a nitrification inhibition rate of 1.4% -8.5%. The urease inhibition rate of boron was 5.5% 18.3%, nitrification inhibition rate of 1.4% ~ 12.7%; weathered coal and boron with the inhibitory effect is more obvious, the urease inhibition rate of 18.3% ~ 43.6%, nitrification inhibition rate of 0.6% to 10.6%. Adding weathered coal to the special fertilizer can increase the availability of phosphorus in the soil by 8.2% ~ 23.6%.
