知识产权法律制度,是商品经济和科学技术发展的产物,凡是科学技术发达的国家,都较早地建立和健全了知识产权法律制度,知识产权法已成为世界各国法律体系中的重要组成部分。随着我国日益融入世界经济体系中,知识产权作为利益机制,完善我国知识产权法律制度也是必然的选择。本文立足于此,简要对我国知识产权制度的问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出完善我国知识产权法律制度的对策。
The legal system of intellectual property is a product of the development of the commodity economy and science and technology. All countries with developed science and technology have earlier established and perfected the legal system of intellectual property, and the law of intellectual property has become an important part of the legal system of various countries in the world. As China is increasingly integrated into the world economic system, intellectual property as an interest mechanism and improving China’s legal system of intellectual property are also inevitable choices. Based on this, this article briefly analyzes the problems of our country’s intellectual property system, and on this basis puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the legal system of our country’s intellectual property.
