98经典动作回眸98年2月,新希望农业股份有限公司社会公众股上市交易,令我们这间纯家族式管理的民营企业迈向了现代企业制度。“新希望”上市以来,不仅募集了相当的发展资金,无形资产也得到了大幅提升,但这些看得见摸得着的实惠并没有遮住我们的双眼。公司上市,自己的许多观念、认识和行为准则随之发生了变化,这些变化带给公司的益处是显而易见的,虽然这些益处也伴随着必须面对的挑战和不可回避的矛盾。
98 Classic Action Looking Back In February 1998, the New Hope Agricultural Co., Ltd. public shares listed, so that our purely family-run private enterprises into the modern enterprise system. Since the listing of “New Hope”, not only has it raised a considerable amount of development funds, but its intangible assets have also risen substantially. However, these visible benefits have not covered our eyes. As companies go public, many of their own beliefs, perceptions and codes of conduct change and the benefits these changes bring to the company are clear, though these benefits are accompanied by the challenges and unavoidable conflicts that must be faced.
