缩略语作为一种语言现象已经显示出它强大的生命力,它不仅可以帮助人们减少日常交际的复杂性,同时也推动了语言的迅速发展。英语和汉语分属不同的语系,但两种语言都拥有大量的缩略语。本文拟从构成方式角度对英汉缩略语进行对比分析,揭示其构成方式的相异性和相似性。同时提醒人们应正确地使用缩略语,避免缩略语造成的歧义与尴尬。
As a linguistic phenomenon, the acronym has shown its strong vitality, which can not only help people to reduce the complexity of daily communication, but also promote the rapid development of language. English and Chinese belong to different languages, but both languages have a large number of abbreviations. This article intends to compare the English and Chinese abbreviations from the perspective of composition, revealing the dissimilarity and similarity of its composition. At the same time, remind people that the abbreviations should be used correctly to avoid ambiguity and embarrassment caused by abbreviations.
