国卫办妇幼发〔2016〕45号各省、自治区、直辖市卫生计生委,新疆生产建设兵团卫生局:为推动落实全面两孩政策,满足广大孕妇对产前筛查与诊断分子遗传新技术服务的需求,规范有序开展以胎儿21三体综合征、18三体综合征和13三体综合征为目标疾病的孕妇外周血胎儿游离DN A产前筛查与诊断工作,预防出生缺陷,提高出生人口素质,现就有关事项通知如下。
