中职院校的农产品贮藏与加工课程旨在培养一批农产品生产加工一线的应用技术型人才。然而,较目前的教学现状来说,农产品贮藏与加工的教学模式还存在一系列问题,为提高中职学生专业技能素养、实现人才培养目标,本文主要探讨了教学手段、教学内容与目标、实验教学、考核制度等方面的教学改革。
