所谓具有国际化视野的人才,就是指具有国际化的意识和胸怀,国际一流的知识结构,视野和能力达到国际化水准,在全球化竞争中善于把握机遇和争取主动的高能力人才。当今社会是一个全球化的时代,信息网络等现代化技术十分发达,要想在国际化的浪潮中处于不败之地,就必须培养全面发展的高素质人才,如何培养学生的国际化视野就是摆在我们教育工作者面前的新课题。青年人的国际化视野,应具备以下七种素质:1.宽广的国际知识水平和强烈的创新意识。
