《中国经济周刊》:卡拉OK版权收费应该采取哪种模式?收费应该由哪个部门管理?陈少峰:我个人认为对卡拉OK收取版权费是毫无疑义的,这是一个知识产权保护的问题。至于谁有权来收费,应该有两个部门:一个是现在国家知识产权局,它是专门保护知识产权的机构。
