随着市场竞争的越来越大,企业人力成本越来越高。为降低企业用人成本,提高企业经济收益,加大企业人力资源管理,减少企业人才流失尤为重要。浙江华电乌溪江水力发电厂是有着58年历史的国有大二型企业,在国家电力能源建设发挥着重要作用。本文就企业基本情况及人才流失问题进行了分析,为后期企业人力资源管理及实现企业健康发展提供基本保障。
As the market competition is getting bigger and bigger, the manpower cost of enterprises is getting higher and higher. In order to reduce the employment cost of enterprises, improve the economic benefits of enterprises, increase the human resources management of enterprises and reduce the loss of talents in enterprises, it is especially important. Zhejiang Huadian Wuxijiang Hydropower Plant is a 58-year-old State-owned large and medium-sized enterprise that plays an important role in the national electric energy construction. This article analyzes the basic situation of the enterprise and the problem of brain drain, and provides the basic guarantee for the enterprise human resource management and the healthy development of the enterprise in the later period.
