组织开展社会保险运行情况分析,是经办机构履行宏观管理职能,准确把握形势,确定工作重点,加强工作指导的行之有效方法。2011年5月17日～18日在北京召开的全国社会保险运行分析会上,主持会议的人社部社保中心主任孟昭喜指出:“本次会议的目的是通过对社会保险运行状况的全面分析,深化对社会保险运行分析的认识,及时提出并注重解决存在的突出矛盾和问题,以推动社会保险经办管理工作向实现精确管理的目标推进。”并要求全系统要深入开展社会保险运行分析,努力实现精确管理。
