1985—1986年自福建、浙江、江苏等省的鳄梨(Persea americana)、山茶花(Camellia sp.)、雪松(Cedrus deodara)、上分离到疫霉属(Phytophthora de Bary)真菌17个菌株,全部鉴定为樟疫霉(Phytophthora cinnamomi Rands)。其中来自福建漳州鳄梨、浙江杭州山茶花上的5个菌株全部为樟疫霉A_1交配型.自江苏南京雪松上共分得樟疫霉12个菌株,11个菌株属A_2交配型,只有一个菌株为A_1交配型.雪松是樟疫霉A_1交配型的寄主新记录.不同寄主植物上的樟疫霉A_1交配型菌株的形态有一定的差异,樟疫霉的A_1、A_2交配型的培养性状和形态特征差别不明显.
From 1985 to 1986, 17 strains of Phytophthora de Bary fungi were isolated from Persea americana, Camellia sp. And Cedrus deodara in Fujian province, Zhejiang province and Jiangsu province. Identification as Phytophthora cinnamomi Rands. Among them, all the five strains from Zhangzhou avocados in Fujian Province and Hangzhou camellia in Zhejiang Province were all mating type of P. albopictus A. There were 12 strains of P. jasminoides from the cedar of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, 11 strains of which were mating type A_2 and only one strain Is a new type of mating of C_1.Among the host plants, the morphology of the mating strains of P. albopictus A_1 has some differences. The culture characters of A.japonicum A_1 and A_2 mating type and Morphological differences are not obvious.
