研究发现,近些年来,高校针对共青团员的思想教育工作在目标定位、制度建构以及方式方法等方面均取得了一些较为显著的成效。但同时也面临着一些困难和问题,严重制约了其在新时期的进一步发展和创新。新形势下,提升高校团员青年思想教育实效性的基本对策是:搞好先进性教育,坚持以把握规律性为基本前提;开展持续性探索,做到以体现时代性为工作基础;建构长效性机制,力求以富于创造性为动力源泉。
The study found that in recent years, some important achievements have been made in ideological education of CYL members in the aspects of target orientation, system construction and ways and means. However, it also faces some difficulties and problems, seriously restricting its further development and innovation in the new era. Under the new situation, the basic countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education among college youth members are as follows: doing a good job of education on advanced issues; persisting in grasping the regularity as the basic premise; conducting continuous exploration so as to embody the times as the basis for work; Sexual mechanisms, and strive to be creative and motivated.
