我与产权理论研究有着不解之缘。1977年考入河北大学经济系政治经济学专业学习,广泛接触到了从马克思到前苏东学者,再到西方经济学家的有关所有制、所有权理论的著作,也被张俊教授的“苏联东欧所有制改革理论”的课程所吸引。毕业后正赶上国家经济改革大潮初起,人们思想异常活跃,我也被卷入改革理论讨论的热潮中。懵懵懂懂闯入产权领域30多年来,发表过约30项关于广义产权理论方面的论文
