为了优化接枝共聚法改性骨胶的工艺,采用响应曲面法分析了pH值、交联剂质量分数及交联温度对于改性骨胶品质(黏度、拉伸强度、凝固点)的影响,并建立了相应的预测模型。方差分析的结果表明:pH值、交联剂质量分数及交联温度对于改性骨胶黏度、拉伸强度、凝固点这3项指标,都有着极为显著的影响。优化所得的较优工艺参数为:pH值为6.5,交联剂质量分数为2.4%,交联温度为40℃。对应的黏度、拉伸强度、凝固点的预测值分别为:2.00P·s、10.20MPa和4.0℃。经试验证明:应用响应曲面法所得到的改性骨胶合成工艺参数是可行的。
In order to optimize the process of graft modification of modified bone glue, the influence of pH value, crosslinker mass fraction and crosslinking temperature on modified bone glue quality (viscosity, tensile strength, freezing point) was analyzed by response surface methodology The corresponding prediction model.
