一、在PH2-7,波長300-500mμ范圍內,测得没食子酸-氧鈾溶液在不同PH值的吸收光譜,指出在320-340mμ呈現特別的吸收,表明有絡合物形成。初步确定該絡合物在PH=4.5-5.5比较稳定。二、用等克分子連續变化法和克分子比法測定了络合物的組成,其中沒食子酸与氧鈾之此为1:1;在醋酸阴离子存在下,絡合物的组成比仍为1:1。三、測得絡合物的近似的稳定常数为1.45×10~5,克分子消光系数为1.24×10~4。
First, at PH2-7, the wavelength range of 300-500mμ, the absorption spectrum of gallic acid-uranium solution at different pH values was measured, indicating that there was a special absorption at 320-340mμ, indicating the formation of complex. It was initially determined that the complex was stable at pH 4.5-5.5. The composition of the complex was determined by the method of continuous change of molecular weight and molar ratio, in which the content of gallic acid and uranium was 1: 1. In the presence of acetic acid anions, the composition ratio of the complex was still 1: 1. Third, the approximate stability constant of the complex is 1.45 × 10 ~ 5 and the extinction coefficient is 1.24 × 10 ~ 4.
