滚齿机床应用微机计算机控制,取替了普通滚齿机床的机械传动链。使机床的变速方便、加工精度提高,同时扩大了加工范围,降低了加工成本,本文针对其关键部分——工作台及滚刀伺服系统进行了设计与研究,相信不久后MNC滚齿机将投入使用。研制MNC(微计算机数字控制)机床,关键是根据加工的工件设计相应的软件及执行软件的伺服系统。
Gear hobbing machine computer application of computer control, replacing the general hobbing machine mechanical transmission chain. Which makes the speed of the machine tool easy and the processing precision increase. At the same time, it enlarges the processing scope and reduces the processing cost. This paper designs and studies the key part of the machine - table and hob servo system. It is believed that the MNC hobbing machine will be put into use soon. Development of MNC (microcomputer numerical control) machine tools, the key is based on the processing of the workpiece design software and software implementation of the servo system.
