对FH-98型催化剂在中石油克拉玛依石化有限责任公司45×104t/a焦化汽油加氢装置上的不同工况的工业应用及催化剂实现长周期运行的优化措施进行了分析总结。结合行业同类装置催化剂运行情况对比,阐述了FH-98催化剂在焦化汽油加氢精制装置上实现较长周期运转的过程,拓宽了FH-98催化剂应用范围及汽油加氢精制装置的催化剂选择,对同类装置具有一定的借鉴意义。This paper analyzed and summarized the optimized long-term performance of theFH-98 catalyst under variable working conditions in the 450 kt/a gasoline hydrogenation unit ofPetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Co., Ltd. By comparing with similar industrial catalysts, theoutstanding durability and versatility of the FH-98 catalyst were demonstrated. It has successfullyexpanded the library of catalyst for coking gasoline hydrofining unit and has referencedsignificance for similar units.
The industrial application of FH-98 catalyst under different working conditions in 45 × 104t / a coker gasoline hydrogenation unit of PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and the optimization measures of long-period catalyst operation were analyzed. Combined with the operation of similar catalysts in the industry, the process of long cycle operation of FH-98 catalyst in coking gasoline hydrotreating unit is expounded, and the application range of FH-98 catalyst and catalyst selection in gasoline hydrotreating unit are broadened. Similar devices have some reference.
