为了积极推动全面建设小康社会和构建和谐社会的伟大工程,推进我国“人才强国”战略的深入实施,促进留学人员事业的健康发展,由欧美同学会·中国留学人员联谊会发起,经国务院批准,中国留学人才发展基金会于2007年在北京人民大会堂正式成立。中国留学人才发展基金会是面向中国大陆、香港、澳门、台湾和世界各地公众的公募性基金会。中国留学人才发展基金会的业务主管单位是中共中央统战部,登记管理机关是中华人民共和国民政部。
In order to actively push forward the great project of building a moderately prosperous society and building a harmonious society in an all-round way and promote the in-depth implementation of the strategy of “strengthening our nation by talents” in our country and promote the healthy development of the career of overseas students, the Electoral Students Association of China and the United States, Approved, China Foundation for the Study of Talent Development was formally established in Beijing Great Hall of the People in 2007. China Foundation for the Study of Talent Development is a public fundraising foundation for the public in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and the rest of the world. The business unit in China Foundation for the Study of Talent Development is the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, and the registration and management organ is the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
