回想今年1月《建筑技艺》在上海举办的“我城·我想:城市综合体的未来”高峰论坛上,众多专家与设计者解读了现代城市综合体在区域规划与交通、城市空间结构、功能混合、业态融合、运营管理等方面的经验与实践,畅谈城市综合体与城市的未来。那么,面对今天快速发展后亟待更加高效利用与开发的城市,城市综合体如何更加集约地利用土地?如何在业态、空间上更加丰富?如何营造更具活力的公共空间及提升其公共性?因此,本期专题从混合土地开发、政府政策鼓励、立体空间效率、公共活力营造、服务业态选择这5个方面,通过实例阐述不同研究与观点,以更进一步探讨城市综合体之于城市的价值。
Recalling the “City of Architecture·I Think: The Future of Urban Complexes” held in Shanghai in January of this year, many experts and designers interpreted modern urban complexes in regional planning, transportation, and urban space. Experiences and practices in structure, function mixing, business integration, operation management, etc., talk about the future of urban complexes and cities. Then, in the face of today’s rapid development and the need for more efficient use and development of cities, how can urban complexes use land more intensively, how can they be more productive in terms of space and space, how to create a more vibrant public space and enhance their public nature? Therefore, this issue focuses on the five aspects of mixed land development, government policy encouragement, three-dimensional space efficiency, public vitality building, and service business model selection, and uses examples to illustrate different research and perspectives to further explore the value of urban complexes in cities. .
