目的探讨高龄患者心室电风暴的有效治疗方法。方法回顾性分析11例高龄患者心室电风暴的临床资料。结果 11例高龄患者发作心室电风暴时均抢救成功。结论高龄患者心室电风暴发病急骤、病情凶险,采取快速积极正确的处理方法,可明显提高抢救成功率。
Objective To investigate the effective treatment of ventricular electrocution in elderly patients. Methods The clinical data of 11 cases of elderly patients with ventricular storm were retrospectively analyzed. Results Eleven patients died of ventricular electrical storm in elderly patients. Conclusions The incidence of ventricular storm in elderly patients is abrupt and the condition is dangerous. Taking a quick and correct treatment method can obviously improve the success rate of rescue.
