1 病例介绍例1,女,28岁。因慢性浅表性胃炎在本院内科给予吗丁啉10mg,3次/d,口服。8天后发现有白色乳汁从两乳溢出,伴乳房轻度胀痛。停服后溢乳停止,乳房胀痛消失。例2,女,20岁。因急性胆囊炎住院,用消炎利胆药物的同时,给予吗丁啉10mg,3次/d,口服。3天后患者诉两乳房发胀,有白色乳汁外溢。为排除脑垂体肿瘤所致,作脑电图检查,未见异常,停服该药后溢乳停止,5天后再服此药,又有少量乳汁外溢。
