正如陈大超教授所讲只有切实做到了岗位教学过关、岗位教育过关、实验过关和科研过关,才能真正成为一流教师和教育家,个人也具有了安身立命的本钱。怎样上好一堂课是对我们每一位年轻教师提出的课题,是我们应该认真思考和不断探索的问题。本文从认清教师角色出发,明确学生在课堂教学的主体作用,正确处理教师与教学内容的关系,以及认真备课、建立形成自己的四字教学法、风趣生动课堂是双边性活动的分析,在教学过程中从四个方面对应用型本科生电工课程教学改革相关问题做出初步的探讨。

How to take a good lesson is a topic that every young teacher of ours puts forward is a question that we should think hard and keep exploring. Starting from recognizing the teacher’s role, this article clarifies the main role of students in classroom teaching, correctly handles the relationship between teachers and teaching contents, and prepares them conscientiously to establish their own four-character teaching method. In the process of teaching, the author first makes a tentative discussion on the related problems in the teaching reform of electrician course of applied undergraduates from four aspects.
