网络环境下,图书馆要更好地开展信息服务工作,就必须具备大图书馆观、三位一体藏书观、合作与共享观。同时,通过采取加大传统信息服务工作的力度,建立图书馆联盟,网上资源的整序及建立学科导航库等措施,使图书馆的信息服务工作逐渐与国际接轨,使其服务范围逐步扩大,服务质量不断提高,以适应社会发展的需要。
Under the network environment, in order to carry out the information service better, the library must have the concept of large library, the concept of trinity book collection, cooperation and sharing. At the same time, measures such as intensifying the work of traditional information services, establishing a coalition of libraries, reorganizing online resources and establishing a navigation library of disciplines have been adopted to make the information service of libraries gradually conform to the international standards and their service scope has been gradually expanded.
