本文介绍了参茸口服液中人参成分的检出方法。供试品溶液系用正丁醇萃取,萃取液用碱水溶液洗涤,再采用TLC法与人参皂甙Re对照检出制剂中人参成分的存在。
This article describes the detection method of ginseng ingredients in ginseng oral liquid. The test solution was extracted with n-butanol, and the extract was washed with an aqueous alkali solution. Then, the presence of the ginseng component in the preparation was detected by the TLC method and the ginsenoside Re control.
