目的:观察微波和超高频电波刀(LEEP)在临床中治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效,并进行对比分析。方法:选取2013年5月~2014年9月在我院被确诊为宫颈炎的患者13024例,将其随机分为两组,每组各65人,分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用给予微波疗法治疗,对照组应用LEEP进行治疗,随后回顾性分析两组治疗的效果。结果:随访观察经微波治疗一次的宫颈炎患者3个月后,其治疗效果和超高频电波刀(LEEP)的治疗效果相同,特别适合宫颈炎轻度、中度糜烂并有生育要求的患者。结论:针对慢性宫颈炎采用微波治疗,其操作方法简单,经济又适用,且疗效好,患者的顺应性较好,不良反应少。因此微波治疗慢性宫颈炎安全可靠、疗效确切。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of microwave and ultra-high frequency electric wave knife (LEEP) in the treatment of chronic cervicitis in clinic and to compare and analyze.
