本文描述了黑杨派和青杨派的17种杨树叶片的解剖构造,它们分属两种类型:等面叶和异面叶。属等面叶的是黑杨派的5个无性系:Ⅰ-69、Ⅰ-63、872、888、890;属异面叶的是青杨派的二个种:小叶杨和辽杨以及黑杨派的加农杨。杂交子代Ⅰ-69×加农杨、山海关杨×Ⅰ-63、Ⅰ-214×Ⅰ-63、Ⅰ-72×Ⅰ-63和Ⅰ-72趋向于等面叶型;杂交子代Ⅰ-69×小叶杨、Ⅰ69×辽杨、Ⅰ-214和山海关杨趋向于异面叶型。文中分析了杂交子代的遗传性状,讨论了叶片结构和环境因子及遗传因子的关系,试图为选育优良无性系提供解剖学的理论依据。
This paper describes the anatomical structures of 17 poplar leaves of the Black Populus and Populus. They belong to two types: the isoflavones and the heterogeneous leaves. Isochronous leaves are black climber five clones: Ⅰ-69, Ⅰ-63,872,888,890; is a heterogeneous leaf is the Populus two species: poplar and Liaoyang and black Yang sent Jiaonong. The hybrid progeniesⅠ-69 × Jiaonong and Shanhaiguan × I-63, Ⅰ-214 × Ⅰ-63, Ⅰ-72 × Ⅰ-63 and Ⅰ-72 tended to be isoforms; Populus simonii, Ⅰ69 × Liaoyang, Ⅰ-214 and Shanhaiguan Yang tend to different-leaf type. In this paper, we analyzed the genetic traits of hybrid offspring, discussed the relationship between the leaf structure and environmental factors and genetic factors, and tried to provide anatomic theoretical basis for breeding excellent clones.
